I am a licensed and insured residential builder and owner of Kor Construction LLC. I am proud to have been born and raised in the beautiful Northern Lower Michigan, where my wife and I now enjoy raising our kids on a small farm of our own.  I find great pleasure in helping local residents bring their new custom home or remodeling aspirations alive.

One of our greatest desires at Kor Construction is to make the entire building process as enjoyable and stress free as possible for the homeowner.  That means practicing good communication on our end.  Listening carefully to customers, learning their desires, and keeping them updated regularly on the progress is an important part of what we strive for.
